The Youth Program Manager brings this spirit to life for our youngest guests, combining fun, imagination, and educational enrichment to create unforgettable cruise memories.\nSupervise and motivate the Youth Team, including Youth Counselors and seasonal staff.\nProvide consistent leadership, coaching, and recognition, fostering a positive team culture.\nConduct ongoing training and development to ensure brand standards, safety protocols, and guest service expectations are met.\nExecute and innovate youth and teen programs that align with Margaritaville’s brand values-fun, escapism, and discovery.\nOversee the delivery of programs in the categories: Art, Culinary, Recreation, and STEM.\nEnsure family programming and special events (e.g., holiday parties, themed celebrations) are engaging, well-organized, and accessible.\nCollaborate with the Cruise Director to manage daily schedules, venue coordination, and staffing allocations.\nMaintain compliance with all USPH, ILO, and company SOPs related to youth operations.\nEnsure all check-in/check-out procedures, safety briefings, and incident reports are completed accurately and efficiently.\netc.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum 21 years old\nRelevant ship experience is preferred\nGood level of English language\nShip experience is preferred\nAbility to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and
