Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)\n\n2. Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)\n\n3. Propensity and RFM modeling\n\n4. Bayesian and non-parametric methods\n\n- Apply experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, significance testing) to validate impact and optimize performance.\n\nPredictive Modeling & Optimization:\n\n- Build predictive models to optimize revenue, audience behavior, bid strategies, and inventory performance.\n\n- Analyze campaign and media trading data to improve eCPM, fill rates, and ROI across channels such as display, video, mobile, social, native, and advanced TV/audio.\n\nData Platforms & Architecture:\n\n- Architect scalable data pipelines integrating multiple sources across audience, pricing, and contextual datasets.\n\n- Oversee integrations with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and other ad-tech platforms.\n\n- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and performance.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\n\n- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Yield, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.\n\n- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for business and client stakeholders.\n\n- Contribute to the evolution of MADTECH.AI as a market-leading AI product.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nExperience & Education:\n\n- Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.\n\n- 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or Predictive Modeling, with proven leadership exposure.\n\nTechnical Expertise:\n\n- Machine Learning: regression, classification, clustering, dimensionality reduction.\n\n- Ensemble methods: Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, XGBoost.\n\n- Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP in real-world applications.\n\n- Marketing analytics frameworks: MMM, MTA, attribution modeling.\n\n- Experimentation and statistical
