Overview : \n\nWe're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering organization across Data Engineering, SaaS platform development, enterprise integrations, DevOps, and Analytics/BI.\n\nYou'll own technical direction and delivery outcomes, set architectural standards, and grow leads and engineers, while staying hands-on where it matters.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nLeadership & Delivery : \n\n- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams (Data, Backend/Full Stack, DevOps, BI), including engineering leads and managers.\n\n- Own engineering roadmaps, execution, and delivery quality in partnership with Product and Business.\n\n- Set standards for code quality, security, scalability, and operational excellence.\n\n- Run architecture and design reviews, and act as the technical anchor for complex decisions.\n\n- Hire, develop, and retain talent while building a culture of ownership and continuous learning.\n\nData Platforms : \n\n- Architect cloud-native data platforms : ETL/ELT and reverse ETL pipelines, ingestion frameworks, orchestration, data lakes, and warehouses.\n\n- Ensure data quality, governance, observability, and performance at scale, including real-time and distributed processing.\n\n- Enable analytics and BI teams with reliable, analytics-ready data.\n\nSaaS, Integrations & Connectors : \n\n- Guide development of enterprise-grade, multi-tenant B2B SaaS platforms.\n\n- Lead API, iPaaS, and connector framework architecture for third-party systems (CRM, marketing, analytics, cloud services).\n\n- Ensure secure, high-performance interoperability across systems.\n\nCloud & DevOps : \n\n- Drive AWS architecture, cost optimization, and resiliency.\n\n- Mature CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and DevSecOps practices across containerized, microservices, and event-driven environments.\n\nApplication Engineering : \n\n- Provide technical guidance on MERN-based applications, API-first design, and modular, event-driven architectures.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- 14+ years in software engineering, including enterprise B2B SaaS, with 5+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.\n\n- Deep hands-on expertise in Data Engineering and AWS cloud-native platforms.\n\n- Proven experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines, API integrations, connector frameworks, and distributed systems.\n\n- Strong understanding of iPaaS and enterprise integration architectures.\n\n- Working knowledge of the MERN stack, microservices, and event-driven systems.\n\n- Solid grounding in DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization, plus familiarity with BI and analytics ecosystems.\n\n- Strong architectural judgment, communication, and stakeholder management.\n\nNice to Have : \n\n- Experience with MCP or AI-enabled integration patterns.\n\n- Experience scaling engineering teams and setting engineering
