The successful candidate will maintain workplace systems and network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and rapid incident resolution.\nResponsibilities:\nDeliver Tier 1 andTier 2 IT support (hardware, OS, software, peripherals).\nSupport game development workstations and performance-critical tools.\nTroubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches).\nMaintain on-prem servers, storage, virtualization, and build pipelines.\nMonitor system health, resolve incidents, and escalate when required.\nMaintain documentation, asset inventory, and operational runbooks.\nImprove IT workflows, automation, and service efficiency.\nSupport CI/CD systems, version control, and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Perforce).\nQualifications:\nFive+ years in IT operations, service desk, or infrastructure support.\nExperience supporting Windows andmacOS in production environments.\nStrong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).\nHands-on experience with on-prem servers or virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V.)\nFamiliarity with DevOps tools or build systems in game or software environments.\nExperience troubleshooting PC hardware, GPUs, and peripherals.\nStrong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.\nClear communication with developers, artists, and production teams.\nAbility to prioritizein fast-paced studio environments.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting game engines (Unity / Unreal.)\nKnowledge of Perforce, Git, Jenkins, build farms, render farms.\nExperience with high-performance workstations or GPU pipelines.\nExposure to on-prem DevOps automation and build systems.\nExposure to or experience with CI/CD tools and\nExposure to or experience with on-prem DevOps environments and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Perforce).\nPayRange:$35 to $45/hour\niSoftStone is a global IT service and consulting companythat creates value and drives success through technology solutions, service excellence, and digital innovation.
