This role ensures the quality, reliability, performance, accessibility, and functionality of customer-facing eCommerce websites and their supporting integrations. The QA Lead oversees functional testing, regression testing, test automation, integration testing, and release validation while establishing consistent QA processes and quality standards across onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience testing enterprise retail eCommerce applications, a strong understanding of Bloomreach and SAP Commerce Cloud architectures and capabilities, and proven experience coordinating QA activities across development, product
