This role requires a combination of technical integration expertise, API development, middleware configuration, and enterprise workflow automation skills.\nResponsibilities:\nEnterprise Integration: Design, develop, and implement integrations across enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, POS, and cloud platforms.\nSAP Integration: Build and maintain integrations involving SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris, and related SAP applications.\niPaaS & Middleware: Develop integration workflows using Workatoor similar platforms, including SAP Integration Suite/CPI, MuleSoft, or Boomi.\nAPI Development: Design, implement, and consume REST and SOAP APIs, leveraging OData, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, webhooks, and other integration interfaces.\nData Transformation: Implement data mapping, transformation, validation, synchronization, and orchestration across heterogeneous systems.\nIntegration Architecture: Apply appropriate integration patterns, including API-led, event-driven, batch, real-time, and asynchronous integrations.\nMonitoring & Support: Troubleshoot integration issues and implement logging, alerting, retry mechanisms, exception handling, and performance optimization.\nSecurity & Governance: Follow enterprise standards for authentication, authorization, API security, data protection, and integration lifecycle management.\nProject Delivery: Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders throughout requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nDocumentation: Maintain integration specifications, interface mappings, technical designs, and operational documentation.\nQualifications:\nSeven+ years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware development, or application integration.\nStrong hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Workato, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, MuleSoft, or Boomi.\nDeep understanding of SAP application integration, including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.\nPractical experience with SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData, and SAP APIs.\nProficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, data mapping, and transformation.\nExperience with workflow orchestration, integration patterns, error handling, and system monitoring.\nUnderstanding of enterprise security, authentication, and API management.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nWorkatoimplementation experience or certification.\nSAP Integration Suite/CPI and SAP BTP experience.\nExperience integrating Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, e-commerce, POS, CRM, and other enterprise SaaS applications.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure integration services, API Management, and cloud-based integration architecture.\nExperience in retail, supply chain, order management, inventory, or omnichannel business processes.\nExperience with integration testing, CI/CD, DevOps, and production support.
