We are looking for someone who can handle everything from Windows toMicrosoft Intune.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nPrevious experience as an IT Technician, Helpdesk Technician, or Technical Support Specialist.\nWindows system administration knowledge.\nHands-on experience with thermal printers and PDA scanners.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM).\nUnderstanding of TCP/IP networking and network device configuration.\nAbility to write scripts, such as PowerShell or Bash.\nAbility to work independently with good organizational skills.\nValid Category B driver's license.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience working in warehouse or logistics environments.\nFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nRelevant IT certifications, such as Microsoft or CompTIA.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nProvide daily IT support to warehouse and office employees.\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot thermal printers.\nSet up, configure, and support PDA scanners (handheld data collection devices).\nManage devices and policies using Microsoft Intune.\nAdminister and support Windows systems, including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.\nConfigure and maintain local network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and network printers.\nDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.\nMaintain technical documentation and IT asset inventory records.\nAdditional Information\nApplicants are requested to include a statement consenting to the processing of their personal data for recruitmentpurposes.\niSoftStone is a global IT service and consulting company that creates value and drives success through technology solutions, service excellence, and digital innovation.
