客户端开发经验，参与过实际游戏项目；\n\n3. 掌握 C++ 编程，熟悉 UE 的 C++ 与蓝图混合开发模式；\n\n4. 熟悉 UE 常用模块，如 Gameplay 框架、UMG/UI 系统、动画系统等其中一项或多项；\n\n5. 具备独立完成所分配开发任务的能力，能在团队指导下高效推进工作；\n\n6. 具备基本的问题定位与调试能力，能够独立排查并解决常见 Bug；\n\n7. 沟通顺畅，配合度高，能够适应团队的工作节奏和管理安排；\n\n8. 责任心强，能够保证任务的交付质量与进度。\n\n【优先条件】\n\n1. 参与过已上线的完整 UE 项目，有从开发到上线的完整经验；\n\n2. 在 UI、战斗、特效、玩法系统等某一方向有较深入的开发与积累；\n\n3. 有 UE5 项目经验，熟悉 Niagara、Lumen、Nanite、Enhanced Input 等新特性；\n\n4. 掌握 TypeScript，有使用 TypeScript 进行游戏逻辑或工具开发的经验者更佳；\n\n5. 具备客户端性能优化经验（内存、帧率、加载速度、Draw Call 等）；\n\n6. 熟悉网络同步机制，有多人联机 / 帧同步 / 状态同步相关开发经验；\n\n7. 熟悉热更新方案及资源管理（如 Pak、Asset Bundle、资源加载与卸载等）；\n\n8. 有 Shader 编写、材质制作或图形渲染相关经验；\n\n9. 熟悉常用版本管理工具（Git / Perforce）及协作流程；\n\n10. 有编辑器扩展、自动化工具或工作流优化相关开发经验；\n\n11. 有结合 LLM 的工程化实践经验，熟练使用 AI
