This role is also required to cross-train and perform \n\nWho Will Love This Job \nAn efficient worker, you enjoy having multiple priorities at one time and multitask without breaking a sweat \nA great teammate, you are able to contribute and thrive within a fast-paced environment \nA task-oriented teammate, you find deep satisfaction from independently checking things off your to-do list \n\nTop Responsibilities: \nBuild and count Kraft paper, parchment paper and used Kraft paper to make the standard cushion package for the book.\nPlace the right size of paper for the correct plate to be build-up in the room.\nAdd this package in a timely manner to assist the breakdown and build-up operators to complete process.\nBlock the book with the proper technique to avoid slippage.\nAble to operate the elevators/machine to manipulate books.\nAssist other operators in ensuring timely build-up or breakdown of the product.\nMaintain cleanliness of assigned work areas including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.\nOther duties as assigned. \n\nGeneral Internal Eligibility Requirements: \nCompletion of 90-day new hire/newly transferred probationary period or approval of direct supervisor.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS \nCandidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.\nAble to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.\nProficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential. \n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS \nIn this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping.
