quality.\nDesign and implement creative solutions for manufacturing challenges, including automation systems, quality enhancements, and safety improvements.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.\nProvide technical expertise and hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues, utilizing root cause analysis methodologies.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process specifications, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence, utilizing Lean Kaizen methodologies and other best practices.\nStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in manufacturing engineering, and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering position\nBachelor's degree in a related Engineering field (Industrial, Electrical, Automotive) with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a manufacturing facility\nProficiency in SolidWorks software-preferred\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing successful process improvements.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
