You will work closely with Project Managers and leadership teams to ensure high delivery standards, increase transparency, and foster a strong project management culture.\nThis role combines operational excellence, governance, process improvement, and community building. Project Managers.\nAct as Business Owner for Project Management tools and systems, identifying and implementing automation opportunities.\nContribute to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance within the Project Management domain.\nOwn and continuously improve the Project Management process framework.\nWe would like you to bring:\nSeveral years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Excellence, Consulting Operations, or a similar role, gained within an IT consulting or technology services environment.\nStrong understanding of project governance, quality management, risk management, and delivery processes.\nExperience working with project KPIs, reporting, project controlling, and performance measurement.\nA process-oriented mindset combined with a passion for continuous improvement and automation.\nAbility to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and leadership levels.\nStrong facilitation and communication skills.\nStructured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working.\nExperience with project management methodologies and tools.\nFluent German andEnglish skills, both written and
