You’ll support the full recruitment journey and help us connect with top tech talent across software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and technical support.\nThis is what you get up for in the morning:\nCollaborating closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and translate them into strong candidate pipelines.\nSourcing tech talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels, enjoying the search for the right profiles.\nScreening CVs and online profiles, looking beyond keywords to identify potential.\nBuilding and maintaining talent pools for future hiring needs.\nSupporting the recruitment process end to end: scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and keeping candidate data accurate.\nBeing a first point of contact for candidates and contributing to a positive and people-centered candidate experience.\nSupporting social recruiting and employer branding activities.\nHelping organize and taking part in meetups and tech community events.\nWe would like you to bring:\nYou’re a people person: engaging with others, asking questions, and building genuine conversations is your superpower.\nYou’re curious by nature and interested in understanding how technology, roles, and people connect in a fast-moving environment.\nYou enjoy dynamism and variety, but you also like bringing structure, keeping things organized, and documenting processes so nothing gets lost along the way.
