This role oversees the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of our cloud infrastructure while driving modern automation practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead, mentor, and scale our India-based team of cloud and site reliability engineers, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of resilient cloud architecture, containerized environments, and serverless experience with optimizing legacy workloads for cloud infrastructure.\n\n- Own end-to-end site reliability, including uptime service level objectives, error budgets, disaster recovery readiness, and operational incident response workflows.\n\n- Drive infrastructure as code standards, configuration management, and robust continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.\n\n- Partner with product and software engineering teams to ensure application architecture aligns with operational requirements, cost governance, and security compliance standards.\n\n- Oversee cloud cost optimization initiatives, resource capacity planning, and database administration across both relational and distributed platforms.\n\nTechnical Qualifications : \n\n- 10+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related technical roles.\n\n- 3 - 5 years of experience leading and managing teams, including mentoring, performance management, resource planning, and driving team delivery outcomes.\n\n- Deep expertise in enterprise cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service, Container Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Front Door, and API Management.\n\n- Production mastery of infrastructure as code and configuration automation using Terraform, Helm, PowerShell, Bash, and Python.\n\n- Proven experience architecting and maintaining secure continuous integration and delivery workflows utilizing GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.\n\n- Strong working knowledge of database operations, performance tuning, and lifecycle management for Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, and PostgreSQL.\n\n- Extensive background in telemetry, distributed tracing, and synthetic monitoring using Application Insights and modern observability platforms.\n\n- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including reverse proxies, Web Application Firewalls, private link networking, domain routing, and certificate management.\n\nLeadership and Operational Experience : \n\n- Prior experience managing a high-performing engineering team in India responsible for mission-critical, enterprise SaaS environments.\n\n- Demonstrated track record of establishing blameless post-mortem practices, reducing mean time to detection, and driving root-cause remediation.\n\n- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate smoothly with broader business stakeholders and technical leadership.\n\n- Experience balancing
