Our team is brilliant and cares (a lot).\nJoin us for the most impactful role of your career-and the best job you’ve ever had.\nThings you’ll do in this role:\nOwn complex, full-cycle sales to buyers of certificates across carbon, energy and industrial emissions, managing multi-stakeholder deals from sourcing through contract negotiation and close.\n\nRepresent Isometric in the market, maintaining a strong presence at key industry events - engaging prospective buyers to build pipeline and communicate Isometric’s differentiated value.\n\nAct as a strategic signal back into the business, sharing insights from buyers and the market to shape go-to-market strategy, product priorities, industry positioning, and market expansion.\n\nThings we’re looking for:\nCommercial & technical sales excellence: Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex B2B deals - ideally AI or SaaS, or involving a technical or category-creating product, where educating the market was key.\n\nEarly-stage operator mindset: Experience as a founder’s associate, founding AE or early sales hire - building GTM motions from scratch and using AI tools like Claude Cowork to move quickly and operate effectively in fast-moving environments.\n\nClear, strategic communicator: Skilled at simplifying complex topics for varied audiences and balancing hands-on execution with big-picture thinking.\n\nThis role isn’t for you if:\nYou want a remote job. We value in-person collaboration and spend three days a week in the office.\n\nYou prefer staying within your area of expertise and operating in structured environments.
