We are continually innovating on model architecture and developing cutting-edge capabilities to advance rational drug design.\nEvery day, and with each new breakthrough, we’re getting closer to the promise of digital biology, and achieving our ambitious mission to one day solve all disease with the help of AI.\nYour impact \nAs part of the ongoing expansion of our Drug Design and Medical Research (DDMR) function, we are looking to recruit our first Technical Program Manager to our Cambridge, MA office. \nAs a member of the Technical Program Management team you will be responsible for facilitating all aspects of small molecule drug discovery program management for Cambridge programs, providing hands-on support to our AI-first Drug Design programs, ensuring smooth integration with our London office. You will work in alignment with the drug design teams in Cambridge and liaise with key internal stakeholders across finance, legal, alliance management and AI/tech.\nIf you are an organised, skilled and ambitious individual looking to take the next step in your career, joining Isomorphic Labs now will lift you out of your comfort zone and provide you with an amazing opportunity for personal growth and development. \nWhat you will do \nAs a member of the TPM team you will be responsible for supporting DDMR with program planning, dynamically monitoring timelines, action tracking, risk reporting, driving effective meetings and stakeholder management\nYou will manage and monitor program budgets with respect to forecasting and actual spend to support the program team, DDMR and TPM team as well as report out to senior stakeholders\nYou will provide help to program teams to effectively liaise with CROs and other external providers/partners, helping with contract reviews and processing\nYou will help to build and embed processes and operating systems, ensuring integration and alignment across Isolabs\nSkills and qualifications \nEssential:\nAt least a BSc in Biology, Chemistry or related discipline\nProven industry experience in contributing to, managing or leading early stage / discovery small molecule and / or glue and / or peptide drug design programs \nUnderstanding of small molecule / glue / peptide drug discovery & development processes in the context of project & program planning, and governance \nExperience of managing budgets, including planning, forecasting, monitoring, troubleshooting and working to identify efficiencies\nExperience of operational program management processes\nExperience with program risk management\nExperience supporting teams in fast-paced and constantly changing environments \nAbility to adaptively interact and confidently communicate with diverse key stakeholders\nPatient, organised and detail-oriented\nNice to have:\nAdvanced degree in Biology, Chemistry or related discipline\nProgram management qualification\nExperience of working in an ML drug discovery environment\nWorking with Jira and / or confluence or other program management software\n Culture and values\nWe are guided by our shared values.
