embedded programming experience, is comfortable working with existing code, and can collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot software, electronics, and system integration issues.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, modify, debug, and troubleshoot embedded software within an existing codebase.\nIntegrate new software features and specialized capabilities into existing systems.\nPerform software testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis to resolve integration and performance issues.\nSupport software configuration, system integration, and troubleshooting with electronic hardware and components.\nCollaborate with electrical, systems, and test engineers during integration and testing activities.\nReview and improve existing code for reliability, maintainability, and performance.\nSupport documentation of software changes, configurations, test results, and technical issues.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.\n3+ years of professional software engineering experience\nHands-on experience with embedded software development and programming.\nExperience modifying, debugging, and troubleshooting an established or legacy codebase.\nProficiency with embedded programming languages such as C and/or C++.\nExperience integrating new software features or capabilities into existing systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience integrating and troubleshooting software with electronics, embedded hardware, sensors, or related components.\nExperience supporting hardware/software integration and system-level testing.\nCybersecurity or secure software development experience.\nPrevious experience supporting DoD, Navy, or other
