Depending on your assigned department, responsibilities may include:\nSupporting active projects, programs, and day-to-day team activities\n\nApplying classroom knowledge to real-world technical or business challenges\n\nWorking alongside engineers, technical specialists, and business professionals\n\nParticipating in team meetings, project reviews, and collaborative problem-solving\n\nConducting research, analysis, documentation, testing, or project support relevant to your area\n\nLearning about the commercial space industry and the development and operation of lunar missions\n\nPresenting your work and accomplishments at the conclusion of the internship\n\nWhat You Will Need\nHave completed a minimum of two years of college-level coursework by the start of the Summer 2027 internship\n\nBe currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and continuing their education following the internship\n\nBe pursuing a degree relevant to the internship area for which they are being considered\n\nDemonstrate strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills\n\nBe comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\n\nDemonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn\n\nMust be able to work in-person, full-time (paid hourly) for 12 weeks at our Englewood, CO location beginning in May 2027 \nWhat Makes You Stand Out!\nAbility to work in a fast-paced design and development environment\nCapable of working both independently and in a team environment\nStrong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities\nFamiliarity with Agile software engineering practices and processes\nPrevious engineering internship experience (aerospace preferred)\nWhat You Can Expect\nThe ispaceUS Summer Internship Program is designed to provide more than just work experience.
