You will own how marketing messages are translated into execution - from concept to performance - ensuring speed, clarity, and continuous optimization.\nThis role is not about “making creatives.” It is about producing assets that convert, scale, and outperform competitors.\nRequirements\nProven experience in performance marketing and creative production\n\nStrong understanding of ad creative principles (clear message, strong hook, ICP focus)\n\nAbility to evaluate performance using metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and view rate\n\nExperience identifying customer pain points using ICP, buyer persona, or Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks\n\nAbility to move fast and iterate quickly based on data\n\nEnglish advanced; Ukrainian/Russian is a plus\n\nAI-first mindset (using tools beyond basic ChatGPT for research, ideation, or production)\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nTurn marketing hypotheses into testable ad creatives, fast\n\nProduce clear, focused messaging tailored to specific audience segments\n\nContinuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives based on performance data\n\nIdentify why creatives win or fail and double down on what works\n\nWork closely with marketing and related teams to align on strategy and execution\n\nEnsure each creative has a clear goal, audience, and measurable outcome\n\nScale successful concepts and eliminate underperforming ones quickly\n\nThis is not for you if\nYou focus on aesthetics over performance\n\nYou cannot explain why a creative works or fails\n\nYou rely on intuition instead of data\n\nYou move slowly or over-polish instead of shipping and testing\n\nYou expect detailed instructions instead of taking ownership\n\nWhat We Expect From You (First 3 Months)\nMonth 1:\nUnderstand product, audience, and current creatives\n\nStart producing and testing creatives with clear hypotheses\n\nEstablish baseline performance metrics\n\nMonth 3 (the bar):\nShow clear improvement in creative performance (CTR, CPA, etc.)\n\nConsistently produce winning or scalable creatives\n\nDemonstrate fast iteration cycles and data-driven decisions\n\nHow We Work With You\nWe move fast, test constantly, and prioritize results over process.
