# Lead Architect

Job description: We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect with 15+ years of architectural design experience, preferably across luxury residential villas, bungalows, and real estate developments. This role is focused exclusively on architectural design, planning, coordination, and execution. It does not include interior design responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, proven experience leading projects and consultants, and practical exposure to site coordination and real estate development. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) – Mandatory Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning will be an advantage. 12+ years of experience in architectural design and project leadership. Experience in luxury villas, bungalows, residential developments, or real estate architecture preferred. Strong knowledge of architectural planning, design development, and execution. Excellent written and spoken English. Advanced proficiency in SketchUp. Strong PowerPoint presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with Revit and USGBC standards is an advantage.
