\n2.具备项目全周期管理经验（需求分析、方案设计、资源协调、进度控制、验收交付）; \n二、电气设计能力：\n1.熟练使用AutoCAD Electrical、EPLAN等电气设计软件; 具备电气原理图绘制及设备选型能力。\n2.掌握电气原理图、接线图设计，熟悉传动、高低压配电系统; \n3.熟悉冶金、矿山、轨道交通、化工等行业常用设备的电气控制逻辑。\n4. 能够解决现场调试中的技术问题（如信号干扰、故障排查）。\n三、自动化编程能力：\n1.精通PLC编程（西门子/施耐德/AB等品牌），熟悉SCADA/HMI组态（WinCC、iFix、InTouch等）; \n2.熟悉工业通信协议（Modbus、Profinet、OPC UA等）; \n3.能够对现有程序进行逻辑优化、参数调整及故障诊断。\n4.能够配合生产部门完成自动化系统的联调测试\n5.具备机器人集成（如ABB/KUKA）或机器视觉应用经验者优先。\n四、行业知识：\n1.熟悉冶金工艺流程（如高炉炼铁、转炉炼钢、炉外精炼、连铸等）、矿山、轨道交通、化工等行业及行业标准（GB、ISO、IEC等）; \n2.了解冶金、矿山、轨道交通、化工等行业设备的自动化控制难点及解决方案。\n四、其他技能：\n1.熟练使用Office、Visio等办公软件; \n2.具备英语读写能力，能阅读英文技术文档。\n五、经验要求\n1.3年以上自动化系统设计或调试经验，至少参与过1个冶金/矿山/轨道交通/化工等行业项目全周期实施; \n2.有氢冶金、低碳冶金项目经验者优先; \n3.有冶金、矿山、轨道交通、化工等行业现场调试经验（如PLC故障排查、传动调试、设备联调）者优先。\n六、能力素质要求\n1.能适应全国范围内长期出差，接受项目现场派驻，具备较强的抗压能力和问题解决能力;
