In this IC role, you will collaborate with Principal Data Distribution Engineer and Software Product Management to refine designs and build, prove and migrate to the new stack.\nYou’ll be passionate about delivery of incremental value. You have experience leveraging Generative SDLC approaches to rapidly turn complex requirements and designs into capable solutions.\nIn this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and innovative mindset to lead the design, implementation, operation and optimization of our data distribution platform, ensuring its ability to deliver efficient and reliable data services to our global client base. As a critical member of technical team, you will collaborate with cross-functional peers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure our data pipelines remain at the forefront of investment management technology.\nResponsibilities:\nGenerously share your experience to help your peers develop and grow.\n\nInterpret product needs, requirements and enterprise policies into design and implementation.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the data distribution roadmap.\n\nInvest in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pipeline performance and customer satisfaction.\n\nKeep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cloud data distribution and operation, to form and disseminate new insights.\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years' experience, incorporating focus on data distribution in the cloud.\n\nExperience leading the development and deployment of large-scale, complex data pipelines.\n\nExperience using and getting the best out of generative AI approaches.\n\nAPI first mindset.\n\nImplementation of decomposed batch preparation and real-time API pipelines.\n\nExperience of user-entitlement management.\n\nExperience of cloud development, the benefits and challenges.\n\nExperience of GCP products across database, serverless, containerization and API.\n\nExperience using agile to deliver incremental value.\n\nExperience working in a global or multinational team setting.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nFocus on simplicity, automation and observability.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.\n\nExpertise in Python, Golang, SQL, Apigee.\n\nDesirable:\nExperience building and integrating agentic RAG solutions into data pipelines.\n\nExperience with data cataloguing capabilities.\n\nDomain knowledge of financial market data and financial index data models and feeds.\n\nWhat You Can Expect from Us\nOur people are the moving force behind our work.
