Digital Marketing Manager - Social Media (80%, Fixed-Term)

Please note: This position is offered as an 80% part-time role on a fixed-term contract for a duration of 15 months, with the potential for extension, as it is covering a maternity leave.

We are seeking a hands-on and creative Digital Marketing Manager (social media) to lead our digital campaigns initiatives, with a strong emphasis on social media marketing (primarily LinkedIn). As part of STOXX Ltd., your work will directly contribute to enhancing the visibility of our STOXX and DAX brands, engaging key stakeholders, and driving digital growth across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute STOXX’s LinkedIn strategy, including planning, publishing, and performance tracking

• Create compelling posts, articles, and multimedia content tailored to our target audience.

• Monitor LinkedIn analytics to optimize content performance and inform future strategy.

• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across email, website, and paid media to support product launches, events, and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to develop high-quality, SEO optimized content for web and email.

• Support the creation of landing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, press releases, etc., and digital assets that reflect our brand and expertise.

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and other marketing automation platforms to measure success.

• Support day-to-day management of digital channels and campaign assets

• Stay updated on emerging digital tools and trends to enhance marketing efforts.

• Experience with AI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing/Communications, or a related field.

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing/social media role. Financial services experience preferred, specifically at an index provider, asset manager or B2B fintech.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and growing social media presence and representing a company’s voice through its social profile.

• Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.

• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.

• German and any additional European language preferred

Skills

• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

• Strong video editing capabilities for short-form and campaign content (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools)

• Ability to leverage AI tools to support content development, campaign execution, and workflow efficiency

• Basic graphic design and video production skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
