The ideal candidate will play an important role in managing, automating, and improving our cloud infrastructure, with a focus on OpenShift on Azure. You will collaborate closely with the development team of our main customer on OpenShift who has an increasing number of customers for their integration platform. This platform is integrated in our largest IT application and has a global scale.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure in Azure and on-premise environments with focus on Linux.\n\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate infrastructure deployments.\n\nSupport our largest application of ISS which is connected to multiple internal systems.\n\nMonitor system health and performance using monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Check_MK).\n\nDefine and implement security and infrastructure standards \n\nOptimize infrastructure costs and usage, leveraging cost management tools.\n\nManage and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.\n\nTroubleshoot issues across infrastructure, network, and application layers.\n\nStay updated on emerging DevOps tools and trends and contribute to process improvements within the team.\n\nKey qualifications:\nMust have:\nProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role with a focus on cloud infrastructure.\n\nHands-on experience with Linux administration and several scripting languages (Bash, Python).\n\nSolid knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform services and architecture (Subscriptions, Resource Groups, Computing, Networking, Load Balancers, etc.).\n\nProficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar.\n\nEnglish proficiency, both written and spoken. \n\nNice have:\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).\n\nBasic knowledge in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)\n\nUnderstanding of cost, security, and performance optimization within Azure and Linux systems.\n\nExperience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.\n\nPersonal skills:\nExcellent problem-solving skills\n\nThe ability to work both independently and as part of an international team.\n\nExperience in customer communication.\n\nWhat ISS Offers You:\nWe focus on creating an environment where you can grow and perform at your best:\nPermanent contract.\n\nPrivate health insurance, including private health insurance.\n\n22 days of annual leave + 3 additional company days to recharge.\n\nFlexible working hours and a hybrid model that supports balance and collaboration.\n\nContinuous learning opportunities (technical and behavioural development) to support your growth.\n\nModern, well-equipped office in the heart of Porto.\n\nFree parking for your convenience.\n\nAccess to ISS Tech Communities to connect, learn and share knowledge.\n\nFree access to the company gym to support your wellbeing.\n\nSnacks and drinks available at the office.\n\nWhy ISS\nAt ISS, we are more than just a service provider of cleaning, food, workplace and technical services, we are a partner in our customers’ success.
