We’re a proud partner of the Military Spouse Employment Partnership through our nation’s Department of Defense, and have committed to Hiring Our Heroes mission to hire 100,000 active and former service members.\nYou can check out istmanagement.com for more info on us!\nResponsibilities\nThe Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing on-site White Glove / Five Star guest service and back-up reception duties:\nGreetings clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location\nExpidite guest service registration\nDirect guests to their specific host\nColaboration with other team members to prepare for guest arrival\nSwitchboard Operation - Answers, screens, and direct phone calls to staff or take messages when needed\nAssist with conference room location and appointments\nPerforms administrative and clerical support tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory\nMaintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail\nAdhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nIn addition:\nEmployee may be required to wear maitre de type uniform and MUST comply with professional dress code and standards as outlined below:\n- Employees are expected at all times to present a professional, business-like image to customers, prospects and the public\n- Lip piercings, Facial jewelry in excess of ½” size, and neck/face tattoos are prohibited\n- All attire should be clean, neatly pressed and not wrinkled\n- All IST employees should maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene\n- Hair as well as facial hair should be neatly trimmed, with only natural hair colors\n- Collared shirt (long sleeve dress shirt, short sleeve button up, polo style)\n- Dress slacks, khakis\n- Closed toed dress shoes\n- Hair should be neat with only natural hair colors\n- Appropriate dress should not reveal midriff, cleavage or the lower back\n- Blouse, sweater or collared shirt\n- Dress pants, khaki pants\n- Skirt or dress of appropriate length\n- Dress shoes or boots\nQualifications\nIdeal candidates have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career.
