IST Management has also been included in the INC 5000 list!\nCheck out istmanagement.com for more info on us!\nResponsibilities\nThe Site Supervisor will manage an on-site team to support the mail and receiving operations for the location.\nMail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures\nShipping/Receiving Services - Receive and send overnight packages\nCustomer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment\nReporting - Capture volumes on a daily basis, review monthly billing and confirm accuracy of monthly report\nTraining - Coordinate cross-training and ensure written procedures remain current\nMaintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees\nQualifications\nIdeal candidates must have excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills as well as management experience.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written\nPrior mail and shipping/receiving experience\nMust have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems\nKeyboarding and Windows environment PC skills\nLifting up to 50 pounds\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is required\nIST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
