IST Management has also been included in the INC 5000 list!\nCheck out istmanagement.com for more info on us!\nResponsibilities\nJob Responsibilities\nDeliver mail and packages to designated mail stops across multiple buildings\nDrive company provided vehicles, including vans, a light box truck, and a large box truck\nLoad and unload box trucks using manual and powered pallet jacks\nCDL is not required for this position; experience operating larger vehicles is preferred\nReceive packages from couriers, scan inbound and outbound items, sort deliveries, and file packages for customer pickup\nPerform shipping and receiving duties, including lifting and transporting large bundles of mail, overnight packages, and paper shipments\nOperate mailing, copying, scanning, and reprographics equipment accurately and efficiently\nProvide a high level of customer service with a friendly, cooperative, and professional approach\nFollow established business procedures and site-specific guidelines consistently\nTake direction from the supervisor or site manager and communicate issues or delays promptly\nParticipate in cross-training and perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall site operations\nQualifications\nTo be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)\nCustomer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred; Prior relevant mail services experience is a plus\nProfessional appearance and demeanor\nKeyboarding and windows environment PC skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written\nAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment; Competency in performing multiple functional tasks\nAbility to meet employer's attendance policy; A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work\nLifting up to 55 pounds\nIST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
