Additional responsibilities include:\nMaintain oversight and accountability of assets ensuring customer needs are met regarding on-time delivery of services & quality of work\nConduct and maintain an accurate inventory checklist of equipment assets\nDaily upkeep operational storage room/warehouse ensuring it is cleaned and organized at all times\nMonitor and control authorized access for individuals entering operational storeage room/warehouse area\nPlace supply order requests to replenish assets and consumables inventory for storage room/warehouse area\nMaintain excellent & efficient written and oral communications with clients and management, ensuring prompt responses & follow-ups on all communications\nVerify receipt of all controlled shipments & assets and ensure they meet required specifications and purchase order requests\nQualifications\nThe Workplace Services Technical PC Hardware/Asset Specialist position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background & focus in computer technology, customer service, willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career.
