Practical Excel assessment required\n\nExcellent stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving and prioritisation skills\n\nKnowledge of South African consumer credit legislation, including the NCA and Debt Collectors Act. Fintech, PSP and LMS exposure advantagous \n\nDuties:\nManage day-to-day operational relationships with debt collection agencies (DCAs), the debt buyer, payment service providers (PSPs) and loan management system partners\n\nTrack daily collection agency productivity and recovery results, identify performance gaps and ensure corrective actions are implemented\n\nChair operational performance reviews with DCAs and monitor adherence to agreed service levels and partner commitments\n\nConduct weekly and monthly reconciliations for DCAs and the debt buyer, covering payovers, commissions, invoices, accruals and discrepancies\n\nManage complex partner and customer escalations, coordinating investigations to identify root causes and implement resolutions\n\nOversee quality assurance of DCA customer treatment standards, reviewing calls where escalations or validation are required and ensuring identified control gaps are addressed Compile clear, concise performance reports and insights, recommending practical improvements to processes, service quality and automationPLEASE NOTE: Thank you for your interest in this position.
