Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Previous reception and/or debtors experience
  • Strong administration and data capturing skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literate - MS Office
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Own transport and valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls and welcoming visitors
  • Handling customer queries
  • Debtors administration and follow-ups
  • Invoicing and capturing payments
  • Allocations and basic reconciliations
  • General filing and administrative duties
  • Assisting with daily office requirements
