能撰寫並維護製程文件(SOP、WI、作業標準書)，確保現場人員依標準作業執行。\n5. 具問題分析與持續改善能力，能運用基本品質工具(如5Why、魚骨圖等)提升良率與降低不良率。\n薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~
