熟悉Layout規劃，包含產線動線設計、設備配置與空間運用優化，能依據產能與製程需求進行調整與改善\n3. 具備新廠規劃與評估經驗，能進行產能試算、設備/人力需求預估、建廠時程與投資效益評估，並提出可行方案\n4. 具備專案改善實務經驗，能導入IE手法(如時間研究、動作分析、線平衡、瓶頸分析等)並以數據驅動改善，達成成本降低與效率提升目標\n5. 具備良好跨部門溝通協調與專案管理能力，能整合製造、設備、品保、採購等單位資源，推動專案如期完成\n條件要求\n薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~
