工作內容

1. 負責規劃與執行中大型專案，訂定專案目標、時程與資源配置，監控進度與風險，確保專案如期達成並交付具體成果

2. 主導跨部門溝通與協調，整合營運、財務、資訊、製造等部門需求，將策略目標轉化為可執行專案計畫並落實推動

3. 分析現行作業流程與制度，提出優化方案，推動流程標準化、制度化與數位化，以提升營運效率與內控品質

4. 運用專案管理工具與數據分析能力，進行專案績效追蹤與成效評估，定期向管理階層提供專案報告與改善建議

5. 培養與帶領專案團隊成員，提供專案管理方法與實務指導，建立專案管理標準與知識分享機制，持續提升組織專案能力

 其他:

1. 大學以上學歷，7年以上專案管理或相關領域經驗，具跨部門專案實務操作與成果導入經驗

2. 具備負責廠區ESG / 永續發展規劃與推動實務經驗，熟悉ESG指標、永續報告或相關框架（如GRI、SASB等）

3. 具備協助建立 / 檢討 / 優化內控制度與管理流程之經驗，能追蹤稽核缺失改善並提出具體改善方案

4. 具備規劃與推動公司數位化相關專案之經驗，如流程自動化、系統導入、資料平台建置等，熟悉專案管理工具與方法論

5. 具良好溝通協調能力與領導力，能整合跨部門資源，推動變革與專案落地，具風險管理與問題解決能力
