工作內容

1. 規劃與執行倉儲管理作業，包含庫存控管、動線規劃與儲位管理，以提升倉儲利用率與作業效率。

2. 依據收貨與出貨需求安排作業流程，確保貨品驗收、揀貨、包裝及出貨準確且符合公司作業標準。

3. 運用倉儲與物流系統進行資料登錄、查詢及異常追蹤，確保帳務與實際庫存的一致性並提供管理報表。

4. 協調內外部物流資源，包含外倉管理、物流配送安排與運輸進度追蹤，以確保交期與服務品質。

5. 針對作業流程提出改善建議，優化人力與設備運用，降低物流成本並提升整體作業安全與品質。

條件要求

1. 具備倉管實務經驗，能獨立執行庫存盤點、帳物相符檢核及安全庫存量管控。

2. 熟悉收貨流程，包含到貨檢驗、數量與品項確認、系統入帳及異常回報處理。

3. 具外倉管理經驗，能協調外部倉儲業者，監控庫存狀態與出入庫紀錄，確保物流時效與正確性。

4. 具基本電腦操作與ERP/倉儲系統使用能力，能進行資料建檔、查詢與報表輸出。

5. 具良好溝通協調與問題解決能力，能跨部門及對外單位合作，提升整體物流運作效率。

薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~ 60000
