Accurately document all recruitment activities in the ATS, advise hiring managers on their legal obligations, and stay current on applicable employment laws.\nProcess Improvement: Evaluate recruitment\nRequirements\nCANDIDATE PROFILE\nMinimum of one (1) to two (2) years of high-volume, fast-paced recruitment experience, ideally for a large private company handling multiple locations.\nHands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, specifically the iCIMS Talent Platform.\nProven ability to navigate and stay current on top job boards and social media sourcing channels.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet assigned goals within set timeframes.\nProfessional-level written and verbal communication skills.\nCreative, driven, and self-starting, with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite.\nWorking knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws as they apply to recruitment.\nPREFERRED
