The ideal candidate must have at least 1 years’ experience in quality assurance and/or EDI standards, experience serving international customers, and a keen eye for detail and a dedication to upholding and enhancing quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:\nIdentify and report issues and opportunities for improvement related to processes and procedures\nDevelop and maintain documentation related to EDI processes, including reports, metrics, and improvement plans\nMonitor all EDI file processing for quality, troubleshoot, and resolve all transaction file issues\nMonitor, track, and update data required for file transmission\nAssist internal and external teams with any queries regarding file transactions\nParticipate in meetings as needed\nStay updated on industry standards and regulations related to US healthcare and EDI\nSupport and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior\nPerform special tasks and assignments as needed\nRequirements\nAt least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered)\n1 year of prior experience in quality assurance\nMinimum of 2 months/years of experience in the BPO/call center industry\n1 year of prior experience with EDI formats is a plus\n1 year of work experience specializing in US health insurance, customer service, or third-party administrator is a plus\nWorking knowledge of HIPPA EDI protocols\nDetail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving\nExcellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks to completion\nGood personal skills with the ability to effectively work and collaborate with individuals or group at all organizational levels and to work independently and as a part of a team\nExcellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image and has knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)\nWilling to work onsite in Ortigas and on a
