Based in the Philippines, this role reports to the Site Director and maintains dotted-line accountability to key functional partners.\nThe successful candidate will oversee a team of creative and industrial designers, product data analysts, and product management associates, driving operational excellence, team development, customer experience, and transparent communication across the organization.\nThis role plays a critical part in supporting both new and legacy product creation, while building strong relationships with sales, supply chain, engineering, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in product development, engineering, creative design, and team leadership within a global environment.\nWork Schedule: This position requires working night shifts to support a US-based leadership team.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Data Management\nSystem Administration\nServe as the escalation point for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system issues managed by the team.\nUtilize PLM systems to efficiently manage, store, and maintain product data.\nLeverage data analytics tools to generate actionable insights.\nImplement and maximize automation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.\nManage end-to-end finished product setup, including: \nCreation and maintenance of Finished Goods\nMulti-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) including components, sub-assemblies, and packaging\nProduct revisions and effective dates\nData management within PLM and ERP systems\nProcess Management\nEnsure data quality through robust procedures that maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability.\nStreamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.\nMaintain comprehensive process and procedural documentation to support consistency and compliance.\nOversee product lifecycle and release governance activities, including: \nPre-release reviews\nData completeness checks\nCoordination of final product release to manufacturing\nReporting & Analytics\nEstablish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team productivity and effectiveness.\nGenerate regular reports on data quality, system performance, and team output.\nContinuously evaluate and improve processes, tools, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence and ongoing improvement.\nCreative Design\nArtwork Renders\nEnsure render requests are completed accurately, consistently, and delivered on schedule.\nPackaging Artwork\nOversee packaging design creation and preflight materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.\nRegulatory Artwork Requests\nManage the timely execution and delivery of regulatory artwork requests, including: \nBase artworks\nCare and use labels for soft goods\nLogo alignment requests\nRegional Support\nEnsure timely completion and delivery of artwork requests supporting regional marketing initiatives, asset management, and related activities.\nAd Hoc Creative Requests\nManage and deliver a variety of creative requests with artistic and creative solutions while meeting project timelines.\nManagement & Leadership\nData-Driven Decision Making\nAnalyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and recommended solutions.\nMake informed recommendations based on data-backed insights.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with customer service, product, operations, and other business teams to develop and implement process improvements.\nProject Coordination\nAssist in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables related to process optimization, tool enhancements, and service improvement initiatives.\nProject Documentation\nMaintain project plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure visibility, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders.\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify potential project risks and challenges.\nCollaborate with relevant teams to develop mitigation plans and drive issue resolution.\nProject Reporting\nTrack project progress against KPIs, budgets, and timelines.\nProvide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of experience managing and working with international clients in engineering and industrial design.\nStrong expertise in product data management, engineering development, product development, and creative design.\nProven experience with PLM and ERP systems, including product setup, BOM management, revisions, and release processes.\nStrong understanding of product lifecycle management and release governance.\nExperience leading and developing high-performing teams.\nStrong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nCustomer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong internal and
