Candidates should have direct experience working with dealerships, automotive operations, or a closely related capacity. \n2+ years in Customer service or customer support experience.\nExcellent multitasking and time management skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills.\nStrong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including non-traditional hours, with advance notice of schedule changes.\nFlexible Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field\nReliable internet connection required;
