This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product data across ERP and PLM systems, supporting engineering changes, managing product and packaging BOMs, and ensuring data quality throughout the product lifecycle.\nYou will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:\nManage and validate product data throughout the product lifecycle.\nEnsure product data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ERP and PLM systems.\nCreate and maintain product SKUs, UPC/GTIN, and EAN codes.\nManage item creation and BOM assignments within Oracle EBS and PLM systems.\nCreate and maintain Colour Variant Bills of Materials (BOMs).\nSupport Packaging BOM creation and maintenance.\nExecute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and support engineering transitions.\nMaintain product master data, attributes, hierarchies, and relationships.\nPerform bulk uploads, downloads, and data validation activities.\nUpdate Planning Details, Sourcing Rules, Approved Supplier Lists, and organisation assignments within Oracle EBS.\nSupport Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) migration and commercialisation initiatives.\nManage supplier quote creation and revisions.\nCreate sample requests for Product, Packaging, Marketing, and Sales teams.\nMonitor and resolve data quality issues while ensuring compliance with business rules and standards.\nRequirements\nWho are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n1 to 2 years of experience in Product Data Management, Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenance, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.\nStrong understanding of BOM structures, product lifecycle processes, and product master data management.\nExperience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience managing large datasets with a strong focus on data accuracy and validation.\nExperience supporting Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).\nExperience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) migration projects.\nExperience supporting commercialisation or product launch initiatives.\nExperience with supplier management and sourcing data.\nExperience working within consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.\nKnowledge of Country of Origin Diversification (COOD) initiatives.\nExposure to packaging development and packaging BOM management.\nStrong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\nExcellent analytical and data validation skills.\nStrong process-oriented mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple
