The role requires a strong focus on applications performance, usability, maintainability, security, and data integrity across web, mobile, API, and database solutions.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nOperational Management\nDesign, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications and integrations.\nDevelop and maintain data interfaces and system integrations using REST API technologies.\nAnalyze technical and business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.\nParticipate in project planning and advise project team of all options to deliver business requirements most effectively\nPlan and execute system tests and write complex code\nForm complete descriptions of all specifications required\nSuggest ideas for creating utilities and streamlining\nGenerate development scripts in accordance with company’s Release Management protocol\nControl data in accordance with the organization’s security policies\nPrepare charts, tables, and logic diagrams needed in development analysis\nProcess analysis and workflow design to build efficient technical solutions\nProgram core system functions and capabilities (C# and database stored procedures)\nResponsible for the creation of reports\nInteract regularly with managers, developers and users to field queries and questions\nUse AI-assisted software development tools responsibly to support software analysis, development, testing, documentation, and productivity.\nParticipate in the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled capabilities and agents that may provide business value.\nStrategy & Planning\n· Collaborate with analysts and designers in the development and initiation of new software programs and applications\n· Take an active role in cross-departmental projects when needed\n· Direct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts\nRequirements\nKnowledge and Skill Requirements:\nFormal Education\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field or equivalent technical or trade business professional work experience required.\nKnowledge & Experience\n3+ years of software development with at least 1 years developing REST APIs in C# / .NET Core\nDemonstrated experience writing complex SQL queries utilizing Joins, subqueries, indexes and functions - this is a requirement\nKnowledge in .NET technologies and development, including demonstrated expertise in .NET Core, Web Services/REST APIs and Git - this is a requirement\nDemonstrated expertise in Angular a requirement\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio Code\nSecurity-focused programming skills. Experience with OAuth2.0 preferred\nExperience using AI-assisted software development tools is preferred.\nLogical and analytical skills.
