Your instinct is to hand work to agents first, and you want to turn over as much as possible to AI in your own workflow and in the product. You have the judgment to know when it worked.\nA deep-seated need to ship. We win by outshipping everyone, and we hire engineers who treat blockers as things to solve, not things to wait on.\nOwnership by default.
