Instructional Design Team Lead (with German B1)

We are currently looking for a Instructional Design Team Lead / Product Manager to manage our current portfolio of educational products and develop new program concepts for testing.

What you will do:

• manage the full lifecycle of a portfolio of educational products (Accountant, Office and HR Specialist, AI Business Automation Specialist, Python Backend Developer, Data Analyst, and UX/UI Designer);

• keep programs relevant and competitive by analyzing feedback, learning metrics, product performance and labor market changes;

• create and prioritize program improvement backlogs, coordinate updates and oversee launches of revised programs;

• ensure program content, learning formats and learner experience deliver on the product promise;

• develop learning formats across synchronous, asynchronous and AI-powered content;

• work with the CPO to optimize product economics and improve efficiency without compromising quality;

• research and validate new product hypotheses for migrants entering the German and European labor markets;

• design MVP learning programs for testing new concepts, including audience, outcomes, structure, modules, format and duration;

• estimate resources, timelines and content development costs, including external experts;

• refine MVP programs based on testing results, feedback and product data;

• plan instructional design team workload, set priorities and oversee delivery;

• coordinate instructional designers, SMEs and instructors, and maintain key program documentation;

• support onboarding of new instructors;

• collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT and certification teams, providing product expertise and documentation;

• review product materials and landing pages for consistency with the learning experience.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in EdTech, L&D, learning product management, curriculum development or a related field;

• experience managing or developing multiple educational products;

• hands-on experience building educational programs end to end, from concept and MVP to launch and improvement;

• experience creating and validating educational products and hypotheses;

• knowledge of instructional design, learning outcomes and competency frameworks;

• experience building and prioritizing product backlogs and planning resources and timelines;

• ability to work with learner and product metrics (NPS, CSI, churn, COR, etc.);

• ability to translate learner, instructor and market feedback into product improvements;

• experience working cross-functionally with instructional designers, SMEs, instructors, Marketing, Sales, Operations and tech teams;

• understanding of AI tools and modern educational content formats;

• English at B2 level or higher with confident professional communication skills;

• German at B1+ level with conversational proficiency, B2 or higher will be a strong advantage;

• Russian at C1 or native level.
