The types of projects have been largely categorized into agile driven approach and waterfall V-Model driven approach. Also, ensures product and service excellence. QA activities are essential to assure the quality of the product and give satisfactory assurance that a product meets requirements during development and or modifications.\nAs the Quality Assurance Engineer, you are responsible for supporting different types of projects cutting across the enterprise projects, Technology projects, some business projects and client projects.\n\nKey Roles & Responsibilities\n\nTest Planning & Execution:\n\nConduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.\nDesign, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.\nEnsure all test activities are well-documented and align with project goals.\n\nDefect Management:\n\nIdentify, report, and track software defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.\nCollaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.\n\nCollaboration:\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nWork closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.\n\nPerformance Testing:\n\nConduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.\nAnalyze test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.\n\nQuality Assurance Advocacy:\n\nEnsure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the SDLC.\nAdvocate for continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.\nManage people (internal or external) who use the service or product being released for day-to-day business activities.\n\nKey Performance Indicators\n\nResourcefulness and Innovative\nExecution Speed & Business Acumen\nGoal Delivery & Quality\nOrganization and Judgment\nAccountability, Loyalty and Confidentiality\nPerformance Area Performance Indicator\n\nJob Specifications\n\nAcademic Qualifications:\n\nMBA or related master’s degree is an advantage\nMinimum of Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.\n\nRelevant professional certifications:\n\nProficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project or Basecamp\nSkilled at working effectively with cross functional teams\nDemonstrated success defining and launching excellent products\nMinimum of 2 years’ relevant experience\n\nThe competence proficiency levels required for the position of a Product Manager are defined using the following key terms.\n\nICT Industry knowledge- Skill\nLoyalty and trustworthiness- Mastery\nGoal Delivery and Management - Mastery\nCommunication- Mastery\nSelf-Motivation – Skill\nLeadership– Skill\nInterpersonal skills – Mastery\nAdaptability- Mastery\nOrganizational – Mastery\nTeamwork – Mastery\nConfidentiality - Mastery\n\nAppendix 1\n\nKnowledge:\n\nAbility to hold an informed debate with experts in the Area of Expertise;
