write clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles;\nParticipate in code reviews and work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments;\nSupport and mentor less experienced engineers in AI-assisted development practices.\nPROFILE\n4 to 6 years of professional software development experience;\nProven hands-on experience with AI coding agents (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code), including configuration and rule management;\nExperience building agentic workflows, MCP servers, or custom AI tooling;\nGenuine openness to work with legacy technologies (COBOL, Delphi, PowerBuilder, FoxPro, WinDev);\nSolid experience with modern stack (C#/.NET and/or React/TypeScript/JavaScript);\nExperience with relational databases, SQL, and automated testing (unit, integration, E2E);\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices;\nStrong curiosity, analytical skills, clear communication, and ownership mindset;\nFluent English (mandatory);
