RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Contribuir para a implementação, operação e evolução contínua de soluções de monitorização e observabilidade em ambientes complexos e distribuídos;
  • Garantir a visibilidade e o desempenho de infraestruturas, aplicações e plataformas cloud.

PERFIL

  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em observabilidade, monitorização ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência na implementação e operação de plataformas de observabilidade e monitorização;
  • Conhecimentos em ferramentas como Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana ou equivalentes;
  • Experiência na definição e implementação de estratégias de monitorização baseadas em:
    • Métricas
    • Logs
    • Traces
    • Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
    • Synthetic Monitoring
    • Real User Monitoring (RUM)
    • Alerting
  • Conhecimentos em ambientes Cloud (AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud Platform);
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês.
