IT Labs, we are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a client project focused on modernizing large-scale enterprise applications and business-critical workflows.\nThe role will support the transition of legacy systems into a modern application environment, with a strong focus on data migration, system integrations, workflow automation, permitting processes, and customer-facing digital services.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role for someone comfortable working across application development, databases, integrations, reporting, and complex existing systems.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and enhance enterprise applications using C# and .NET.\n\nSupport the modernization and migration of legacy applications, including systems built on MS Access, Mainframe technologies, and other legacy platforms.\n\nEnsure data integrity, validation, and consistency throughout large-scale migration activities.\n\nBuild and maintain web functionality using JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and DOM manipulation.\n\nDevelop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and database structures.\n\nDesign and maintain applications using MVC architecture, including routing, application security, and maintainable development practices.\n\nDevelop and support secure integrations using RESTful and SOAP web services.\n\nBuild and maintain SSIS ETL processes, including data transformation and performance optimization.\n\nDesign, deploy, and integrate SSRS reports supporting operational and business reporting needs.\n\nDevelop and improve automated business workflows, workload assignment processes, and customer-facing digital services.\n\nSupport online submission, tracking, invoicing, payment, and related business processes.\n\nIntegrate applications with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and other external systems.\n\nCollaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reliable software solutions.\n\nSupport modernization of complex applications used across high-volume enterprise environments.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong hands-on experience with C# and the .NET Framework.\n\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming, debugging, clean code, and maintainable software design.\n\nStrong experience with JavaScript and jQuery, including AJAX and asynchronous web interactions.\n\nAdvanced experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.\n\nExperience developing applications using the MVC framework.\n\nExperience developing Windows and web-based applications.\n\nHands-on experience with REST and/or SOAP APIs and secure system integrations.\n\nStrong experience with SSIS, including ETL development, data transformations, and performance tuning.\n\nExperience developing and integrating reports using SSRS.\n\nExperience modernizing or integrating large-scale enterprise applications.\n\nPractical experience with legacy-system migration and data migration projects.\n\nExperience developing or supporting complex automated workflows and business processes.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience supporting government, public-sector, permitting, licensing, or regulatory systems.\n\nExperience with large-scale application and data migration initiatives.\n\nExperience with permitting, inspection, review, invoicing, payment, or similar transactional workflows.\n\nExperience integrating enterprise applications with ECM platforms.\n\nExperience working with systems where historical records, regulatory requirements, and data integrity are particularly important.\n\nWorking Conditions\nHybrid engagement, with onsite presence based on the client's project requirements.\n\nFull-time engagement.\n\nU.S. citizenship is required for this engagement.\n\nEngagement is offered on an Individual Contractor or B2B contract basis.\n\nPaid Time Off (PTO) is included as part of the
