The goal of the product is to reduce operational friction, improve efficiency, and help healthcare organizations make better use of available surgical capacity.\nThe role is predominantly frontend-focused, with an approximate split of 80% React / frontend and 20% .NET / backend.\nYour main focus will be building and improving modern user-facing functionality using React and TypeScript. At the same time, this is not a frontend-only role. When a feature requires backend changes, you will also be expected to contribute in C#/.NET, for example by creating or modifying APIs, endpoints, or related business logic.\nWe are looking for someone who is genuinely senior on the frontend, comfortable taking ownership of complex features, and confident enough with backend concepts to contribute across the stack when needed.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTake ownership of complex frontend features using React and TypeScript.\n\nBuild, refactor, and improve production-grade user interfaces and workflows.\n\nImplement new functionality based on product and design requirements.\n\nDevelop new frontend components and screens using modern patterns and libraries.\n\nImprove application performance, maintainability, usability, and code quality.\n\nIdentify areas of the existing codebase that can be improved and proactively propose solutions.\n\nContribute to backend development in C#/.NET, including creating or modifying APIs and endpoints when required by your features.\n\nIntegrate frontend functionality with REST APIs and backend services.\n\nWork with complex forms, tables, state management, and data-fetching patterns.\n\nInvestigate and resolve bugs across both frontend and backend areas.\n\nWrite and maintain automated tests where appropriate.\n\nCollaborate with QA on both automated and manual testing of complex functionality.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, backlog prioritization, and team ceremonies.\n\nWork closely with engineers, product stakeholders, designers, and domain experts.\n\nIndependently organize your work, follow up on blockers, and drive tasks forward without waiting for constant direction.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong senior-level React experience in production applications.\n\nStrong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\n\nExperience owning complex frontend features and making implementation decisions independently.\n\nStrong experience working with and improving existing production codebases.\n\nExperience with frontend refactoring, performance optimization, and maintainable component architecture.\n\nGood understanding of state management, API integration, forms, and frontend data handling.\n\nHands-on professional experience with C# and .NET.\n\nAbility to create or modify backend functionality when required as part of a feature.\n\nStrong understanding of REST APIs and frontend/backend integration.\n\nGood understanding of backend concepts, clean code, software architecture, and maintainability.\n\nAbility to independently investigate issues, communicate blockers, and drive solutions to completion.\n\nStrong communication skills and a proactive, responsible, and organized working style.\n\nNice to Have\nTanStack Query, TanStack Table, TanStack Form\n\nTailwind CSS\n\nZustand or another state-management library\n\nNext.js - familiarity is helpful, but deep Next.js expertise is not required\n\nPlaywright or similar end-to-end testing tools\n\nJenkins or similar CI/CD environments\n\nMongoDB\n\nExperience working on healthcare, workflow-heavy, or other complex enterprise platforms\n\nTechnical Environment\nCore Frontend: React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS\n\nFrontend Ecosystem: TanStack Query, TanStack Table, TanStack Form, Zustand, Tailwind CSS\n\nFramework: Next.js\n\nBackend: C#, .NET\n\nAPIs: REST\n\nTesting: Playwright\n\nDatabase: MongoDB\n\nInfrastructure & Architecture: Docker, Microservices, Jenkins\n\nAuthentication: Clerk\n\nWorking Conditions\nFull-time engagement - 40 hours/week\n\nIndividual Contract or B2B arrangement (not employment)\n\nPaid Time Off provided\n\nRemote / Hybrid work\n\nLater meetings are a regular part of the engagement, including scheduled meetings in the late afternoon or early evening\n\nFlexibility with working hours is therefore important\n\nUpon hiring, a background check is required, with supporting documentation provided in English where necessary.\n\nOur values\nWe are a company that seeks the best for both our employees and clients, reaching beyond expectations in turning dreams into reality.
