Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Software Engineer Mainframe (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Antwerpen.\nDeze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract\nDuurtijd: Lange termijn\nRegio: Antwerpen\nFulltime\nJe komt terecht in ons agile Mainframe-team. Als Software Engineer Mainframe ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische analyse, ontwikkeling, componenttesting, bugfixing en ondersteuning van onze Mainframe/CICS-applicatie. Deze applicatie wordt gebruikt voor het beheer van verzekeringspolissen, schadegevallen en financiële processen.\nTaken en verantwoordelijkheden:\nJe werkt nauw samen met het agile team om binnen elke specifieke context de best mogelijke oplossing te realiseren\nJe interpreteert de vereisten die je ontvangt en vertaalt deze naar kwalitatieve softwareontwikkeling, waarbij je de vooraf bepaalde richtlijnen op het vlak van kwaliteit, best practices, budget en scope respecteert\nJe ontwikkelt software in COBOL V5 op een IBM Z/OS-mainframe\nJe begrijpt de technische architectuur en kunt bestaande technische componenten hergebruiken\nJe documenteert de software die je ontwikkelt\nJe biedt occasioneel ondersteuning op tweede- en derdelijnsniveau\nJe draagt actief bij aan de agile manier van werken bij de klant\nJe voert de nodige analytische werkzaamheden, technische implementaties en kwaliteitscontroles uit\n\nProfiel\n5+ jaar ervaring met COBOL programmeren\nErvaring metIBM
