The role involves working closely with scientific, research and technology teams to streamline scientific data processing, integration, analysis and reporting across drug discovery and development processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop and maintain Pipeline Pilot protocols and workflows for scientific data integration, processing, analysis and reporting\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, researchers, data analysts and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into effective computational solutions\n\n- Automate data processing and analysis workflows to improve efficiency, consistency and productivity across research and development activities\n\n- Integrate Pipeline Pilot with databases, APIs, external scientific tools and enterprise systems to enable seamless data exchange\n\n- Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing protocols and workflows for improved performance, scalability, reliability and reusability\n\nTech Stack & Skills : \n\n- Hands-on experience with BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot, including protocol development, customization and workflow automation\n\n- Strong programming and scripting skills using Pilot script and languages such as Python, Java or Perl\n\n- Knowledge of scientific data processing, cheminformatics, bioinformatics or computational research workflows\n\n- Familiarity with relational databases, SQL and database integration within Pipeline Pilot\n\n- Understanding of Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical R&D, particularly drug discovery and development processes\n\nPersonal Attributes : \n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve complex workflow and data challenges\n\n- Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality and process
