This person will be a subject matter expert for strategic client opportunities covering Google Workspace administration, AI agent development, data governance, security implementation, and enterprise-grade AI deployment.\nRequirements\nStrong technical experience with Google Workspace services, including understanding their capabilities and limitations and being able to implement and deliver solutions leveraging various Google Workspace technologies.\nExpertise and interest in staying current around new Google Workspace solutions and Gemini AI capabilities.\nManage user accounts, groups, organizational units, and shared resources in Google Admin console.\nConfigure and optimize core Google Workspace services including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Docs, and Vault.\nDeploy and manage Gemini Enterprise agentic AI platform for enterprise search, analysis, and workflow automation.\nCreate and manage AI agents using Agent Designer (no-code) and Agent Development Kit (ADK) for custom enterprise applications.\nImplement data governance policies including data loss prevention rules in Gmail and Drive to prevent data leakage.\nConfigure security policies including two-step verification, password policies, and access controls to govern user access.\nManage endpoint devices and mobile device management policies for enterprise compliance.\nConfigure identity providers and OAuth consent screens for secure application integration.\nCreate and manage Google Drive and Google Calendar data stores for Gemini Enterprise apps.\nImplement enterprise-grade security features including VPC Service Controls, Private Service Connect, and customer-managed encryption keys.\nStrong understanding of Google Workspace architecture, data grounding, and AI agent orchestration.\nAble to articulate pros and cons of design and architecture decisions across a wide spectrum of factors.\nExperience with Google Workspace migrations from legacy systems.\nTroubleshoot common Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise deployment issues.\nJob Qualification Requirements:\n5-8 years in a project delivery role with focus on cloud collaboration platforms.\n5-8 years of Google Workspace implementation and administration experience.\n3-5 years of experience with Google Workspace migrations from legacy email and collaboration systems.\n3-5 years of success in consulting on complex technical projects, including design and planning, implementation and deployment, and support.\nExperience managing and supporting Google Workspace in an enterprise environment with 1,000+ users.\nExperience administering organizational units, group policies, and resource management in Google Admin console.\nExperience deploying and managing AI solutions in enterprise environments, particularly Gemini Enterprise or similar agentic AI platforms.\nExperience with data governance, compliance configuration, and security policy implementation in Google Workspace.\nExperience with endpoint management and mobile device policies in enterprise settings.\nExhibit a proactive, process-oriented, and results-driven mentality.\nExperience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.\nAbility to prioritize and organize effectively.\nAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.\nAbility to work both independently and with others.\nAbility to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.\nProficiency in using Google Workspace applications and collaboration tools.\nStrong understanding of cloud computing technologies, AI and machine learning fundamentals, and emerging trends in enterprise AI.\nPreferred Certifications:\nAssociate Google Workspace Administrator\nProfessional Google Workspace Administrator\nGoogle Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer\nGoogle AI Professional Certificate\nGoogle Cloud Professional Cloud Architect\nCompTIA Security+ or similar security certifications\nPhysical Demands:\nSit at a computer for 8 hours per day\nKeyboarding for 8 hours per day\nNear Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)\nSpeaking (communicating information to clients / coworkers)\nHearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)\nJob Location:\nRemote if located outside of a reasonable commute.\nHybrid if local to the Tempe/Phoenix, Arizona area.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, and vision benefits with highly subsidized premiums\nTwo weeks accrued paid time off in your first year, with increasing PTO as tenure increases, and most major holidays off\n401(k) Plan with employer match\nOnsite Fitness Center\nOnsite Monthly Massages\n*iT1 is an equal opportunity employer.
