This role works closely with Accounting, Award Services, and client-facing teams to ensure accurate financial records, resolve transactional issues, and support scalable accounting processes in a high-volume, transaction-based environment.\nThe successful candidate combines strong accounting knowledge, analytical thinking, systems expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset to support a growing ecommerce and rewards-based business.\nHIRING REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required, or equivalent work experience. \nMinimum of two years of experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. \nBasic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. \nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with accounting systems, reporting tools, or operational data sources; Sage Intacct experience preferred. \nStrong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to research variances, resolve discrepancies, and support accurate financial reporting. \nAbility to manage recurring deadlines, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and communicate risks or competing priorities in a timely manner. \nAbility to communicate financial information clearly and professionally to Accounting, Award Services, client-facing teams, leadership, and other internal partners. \nAbility to identify, evaluate, and support process improvement or automation opportunities that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. \nWillingness to learn, adapt, challenge current processes, and contribute to practical solutions in a changing business environment. \nStrong sense of ownership, accountability, professionalism, and commitment to internal and external customer service.\nAbility to listen, understand and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner;
